1. Introduction

Welcome to our Health Coaching and Spiritual Direction Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer health, life and caree coaching and spiritual direction services designed to support your well-being and personal growth. Our services include, but are not limited to, personalized coaching sessions, spiritual guidance, wellness plans, and related resources. Suppose you express self-harm or harm to others. In that case, we will notify authorities at once, including your personal information, contact information and any other notes and data we have stored on you to facilitate an intervention with authorities. We do not diagnose and none of our content should replace or supplement the advice of a medical professional. Please always call 911 if you are experiencing an emergency and please dial 988 if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Client Responsibility

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.

• Following the guidance and recommendations provided by your coach or spiritual director.

• Consulting with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your health regimen.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality. Any personal information shared during coaching or spiritual direction sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment: Fees for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, which will be outlined during the booking process.

• Cancellation: To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may be charged for the missed session if you fail to cancel within this time frame.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for services are not provided, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

8. Disclaimer

Our health coaching and spiritual direction services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
